What the partner controls
- Asset selection, legal structure, disclosures and investor eligibility.
- Asset verification, custody or valuation arrangements and program terms.
- Transfer restrictions, redemption or exit process and customer communications.
Structured partner-led asset workflow
Tokenization is a partner-led, structured workflow for eligible assets such as gold, diamonds or land interests. It is subject to the relevant legal structure, asset verification, custody or valuation arrangements, investor eligibility and jurisdiction-specific requirements. A token does not automatically create ownership or regulatory approval.
Customer journey
This is the end-customer path within a partner-branded service. Each stage distinguishes the experience the customer sees from the checks and coordination operating underneath.
01
Customer sees
The customer receives the partner’s information about an eligible asset program, such as a gold, diamond or land-interest structure.
Underneath
The partner and its legal advisers define the asset program, legal structure and permitted customer audience.
02
Customer sees
The customer reviews the available disclosures, asset information, terms and transfer restrictions before proceeding.
Underneath
Investor eligibility, jurisdictional restrictions and required checks are applied to the proposed program.
03
Customer sees
Where required, the customer completes KYC, suitability or other verification steps in the partner’s experience.
Underneath
The partner’s onboarding and legal requirements govern access to the relevant program.
04
Customer sees
The customer confirms their request under the disclosed terms, subject to the program’s conditions.
Underneath
The workflow records the instruction and applies the agreed authorization and review controls.
05
Customer sees
The customer can see whether the request is under review, issued, pending or requires follow-up.
Underneath
Havenex coordinates the configured issuance workflow with the partner’s asset, registry and operational parties.
06
Customer sees
The partner experience presents the customer’s available program record and relevant activity history.
Underneath
The agreed registry and audit trail support the program’s reporting and operational oversight.
07
Customer sees
Where the program allows it, the customer follows the partner’s process for permitted transfers, redemption or an exit request.
Underneath
Transfer restrictions, redemption conditions and asset realization processes remain subject to program terms and legal requirements.
